This website is operated by Replace Clinic (NIF 516371959, ERS registration E161863), a medical practice based at Rua Rodrigues Sampaio 146, 1.º Esq., 1150-282 Lisbon, Portugal, under the clinical direction of Dr. Fátima Garcês. Contact: geral@replaceclinic.com.

3. No medical advice online

The content on this site is general health information about hair loss and hair restoration. It is not a diagnosis, a treatment plan or a substitute for an in-person or online consultation. Individual results vary and no outcome is guaranteed. Always seek personalised advice from a qualified doctor before making treatment decisions, and call the emergency services (112 in Portugal) in an urgent situation.

4. Consultation requests and appointments

Submitting the form on this site is a request for contact. It does not create a booking or a doctor–patient relationship until we confirm an appointment with you. Please give accurate contact details so we can reply. Prices, availability and treatment suitability are always confirmed individually after a clinical assessment.

5. Before and after images and testimonials

Any patient images or testimonials shown are published with the patient's consent and illustrate individual cases only. They are not a promise of a comparable result for anyone else.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to attempt to disrupt, overload, scrape at scale, probe or gain unauthorised access to this site or the systems behind it, and not to submit unlawful, misleading or abusive content through our forms.

7. Intellectual property

Text, images, the Replace Clinic name and logo, and the design of this site belong to Replace Clinic or its licensors. You may read, quote briefly with attribution, and link to our pages. You may not copy the site or republish substantial parts of it without our written permission.

This site links to third-party services such as WhatsApp, YouTube, Google Maps and social networks. We are not responsible for their content or their handling of your data — their own terms and privacy policies apply.

We aim to keep the site accurate and available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access or that every detail is free of error at all times. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of this website. These terms are governed by Portuguese law, with the courts of Lisbon competent for any dispute, without affecting mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence. We may update these terms; the version published here is the one in force.
